Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing products or ordering services on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

These GTC apply to the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the service provider (hereinafter: Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

3. Order Process

1. The Buyer selects the desired product or service.

2. The Buyer submits the order by clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button.

3. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the order by e-mail.

4. The contract is thereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

• The prices displayed are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT (if the company is VAT registered).

5. Delivery / Fulfillment

6. Right of Withdrawal (mandatory only for private individual buyers!)

The Buyer (if a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.):

• The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (or concluding the contract for services).

• The intention to withdraw must be communicated by e-mail or post.

• The product must be returned in undamaged condition.

• The cost of return shall be borne by the Buyer.

• The Service Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!):

• Products made to individual specifications

• Digital content if the performance has begun and the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal

7. Complaint Handling

• The Buyer may file a complaint through the Service Provider's contact details.

• The Service Provider shall record complaints in writing and respond within 14 days.

• If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Buyer may turn to a conciliation body.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

• Any technical errors that may occur on the website

• Misunderstandings due to the fault of the ordering party

• Performance problems resulting from incorrect data entry

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or modifying them without permission is prohibited.

10. Other Provisions

• The contract is concluded electronically and the document is not filed.

• Hungarian law shall govern the contract.

• The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC, which does not affect previous orders.
